Packaging

We use every attempt to package with either recycled, reused or purchased eco-friendly materials. You may notice variants to packing from time to time. 

Shipping

Our usual ship time is 2-3 business days. We strive to ship as soon as possible, and during the busier shopping times, our shipping timeline may extend slightly to 3-5 days.

For pre-order items, your order will ship on latest pre-order ship date. If you need a product sooner, please place separate orders.

Pick-up or delivery

We love to offer alternatives to mailing. If you are local or will be 'passing through', please choose local delivery at checkout and we will notify you when we are ready for either pick up or delivery. 

For deliveries, please notify, in comments section if leaving a package/bag on your doorstep is appropriate or leave detailed instructions for safe delivery.
